Partnership

There are many ways in which you can be involved in your child’s school life and to support them as they progress. We, in turn, support you to do just that.

A positive connection

Good communication between school and home is essential. We keep you informed throughout your child’s time at school and are always here to talk. Plus, our PTFA meetings help us learn more about your ideas and perspectives.

Helpful resources

We have put a great deal of thought and effort into providing the resources and services needed to make things easier for you as a parent/carer – from simple software that supports home learning to offering Breakfast and After School clubs.

Sharing a vision

You can rest assured that your child’s future is in good hands at Manadon. Like you, we want the best for your child – an education that empowers them to succeed in a safe, encouraging and nurturing school community.

Charities & giving

We encourage active participation in the wider world and the development of compassionate citizenship. So we’re proud to play our part in offering a helping hand to support a variety of charities and good causes.

"The Manadon Vale school has always been so welcoming to me. I am now Vice chair and specialise in Pupil Progress, every term I spend two days in school going through the data to make sure all the students are reaching their full potential."

Lisa Hayward

"Come and visit the school for yourself, join one of the tours and have a look around. It won’t take you long to realise why it’s such a great place for children to ‘be the best that they can be’."
